You can request a refund from Wednesday, 02 April 2025 until Wednesday, 16 April 2025.
An administrative cost of € 3.50,- per refund will be charged.
After 16 April 2025, the balance will automatically be set to € 0,-.

After Flashback you can contact the administrative service center of Lotto Arena (+32 (0)3 400 40 40, every working day from 09:00h till 12:00h and from 13:00h till 17:00h).
